(More customer reviews)When the plumber went to install this faucet, he and my husband both noticed that there was a piece that was loose right under the "on" lever. They think that this piece was originally attached with plastic screws - two of which were missing, and two of which were broken.
The plumber did an on-site fix, which we hope will last. On the good side, the faucet is absolutely stunning with our teak (yup, teak!) sink.
