They replaced the first one, now a year later, the other one fell off and they want proof of purchase for the warranty and are giving me the run around. If I hadn't bought this cheap knock off, I wouldn't have to prove to them that I bought it! They don't answer their phones either. The real faucets that they are knocking off with these buttons have them held on with screw down rings, not defective glue.
