(More customer reviews)Made the big mistake of buying this sight unseen and boy was I disappointed (local major hardware stores don't carry it). The only good things are that it looks great and came with long pex hoses, but the positives stop there. It's mostly plastic, though it looks like metal. The stem and spout have a seam that you can hardly detect in pictures. Problem is, this seam is plastic and not at all tight. You can literally squeeze the stem and almost break the plastic! Mine appeared to be coming apart right out of the box. But I installed it anyway and gave it a month. The nut and wrench assembly in the back that holds the faucet onto your sink is also made of PLASTIC! Unbelievable. The handle is too close to the spout and set at 90-degrees, so that water stands on unless you wipe down stray drops. The set screw is directly underneath the handle, leaving you no room to maneuver with an Allen wrench to remove it. The escutcheon is so thin you can bend it with one finger, and its gasket is a piece of cheap box styrofoam. Shame, shame Delta. Finally, the aerator is not only nonstandard size -- it comes with its own plastic tool -- but it dribbles out so little (low flow) water that it takes a while just to wash your hands.
Lesson learned: I will never ever buy a faucet without seeing it first in a store. I replaced it with the Kohler K-10215-4-BN Forte Single Control Lavatory Faucet, Vibrant Brushed Nickel faucet and I'm very happy.
