(More customer reviews)I like this faucet because of its simple design and looks, but also for its ease to keep clean and durability. It has all smooth serfaces which keeps cleaning simple. I have several rental properties and when ever there is bathroom faucet leak from a type faucet I am not familar with I usually go ahead and try to replace with a delta 520. I have only once had to replace the rings and springs in one of these units. I often see these same faucets in gas stations and stores so there must be some advantage to them.
