(More customer reviews)The product is advertised as coming with both the sink and a pedestal. I called to confirm this fact. Only the sink arrived as package 1 of 2. I called to ask when the pedestal would arrive and they said they should have arrived together but I had to return the sink first and they would send a new set. I asked them to please just send the missing part. Thanksgiving was only a few days away and I had no sink. They wouldn't even send the new set until the first set arrived back at the company. The second delivery was only the sink and it was in a thousand pieces. The FedEx guy said he didn't think I wanted to accept this and I assured him that I didn't. I just went back to the site and see that they have changed their description to say basin only. Original description said that both were included. My money was eventually refunded but what a hassle.
