It was disappointing that the paint is exposed on the outside so I guess if it was bumped hard it could chip, but to date mine looks great.
The water faucet needs to be tipped a bit more so the last drip of water tumbles into the sink, so I have to dry it with the hand towel. If you are NOT a careful person I wouldn't get any of these sinks, but if you want to walk past the bathroom to admire the ambiance this sink gives the room... go for it!
