Pricing, styling and delivery were issues but Kohler's K-10577-4 Bancrofts, that we ordered through Amazon, were the perfect match for us. We couldn't be happier with the purchase. We had an issue with toolmarks on one set but I contacted Amazon who quickly turned it around & reordered another set and I returned the slightly damaged set back to the seller, without missing a beat. I love how Amazon strives to make every purchase an effortless one. I am one very satisfied customer!
