(More customer reviews)The first sink we ordered came in 100 little pieces. We called the customer service number right away. They had us start a claim with FedEx. Send them a picture of the broken sink. We picked out a new sink off the website. FedEx picked up the broken sink and in a week we had our new sink in one piece.
