(More customer reviews)I just purchased and installed this faucet and with that I would have rated it 5 stars. Then my wife went to turn it on to test and the faucet sends water all over instead of just straight down. I thought it was the aerator so I cleaned, inspected, reassembled and tried again. No luck.... It is very disappointing that you really can't test water flow in the store.
I will probably try another aerator before taking the unit out and replacing it with another brand. I also submitted my problem to PP to see what they say. I have had Kohler with not great results so I tried a PP. Not recommended at all.
