(More customer reviews)Vanity Top Sink was exactly what I wanted but it arrived with a shattered backsplash! Packaging was terrible! Arrived in original box - they never packaged it in another box with styrofoam or packing pillows. When I asked to receive another one, they said it would be too expensive to send. The damaged sink still sits on my front porch, 3 days later, waiting to be picked up by UPS! First ever bad encounter ordering from Amazon site. I was able to contact Imperial Marble and found I could get this sink from a local hardware store - only a dollar more!
Well, this is an edit. I am none to happy with this vendor! That rotten, broken sink still sits on my front porch - after over a week! First they told me to discard of it, which means I have to pay the transfer station for discarding two sinks! I told them to have UPS pick it up and they said they would if I removed my feedback! I should just be happy that I received a credit!
I now have this sink and installed it today - it's really nice! If you want one, look up "Do It Best" hardware stores nearest you. Oh, one correction to my last posting: The sink actually cost $114.99 and no shipping! BIC Superstore's price with shipping was $133.76.
EDIT #2: It is now the 15th of August and BIC Superstore still has not had the damaged sink picked up! They had the gall to tell me that I had refused pickup to UPS - insinuating the sink was O.K.??? - and I was trying to get it for nothing???!!! This is a terrible company to do business with! It will now cost me an additional $5.00 to take this damaged sink to the transfer station!
The only contact I have had from BIC Superstore was an email giving me directions on how to remove this feedback!
EDIT #3: It is now the evening of August 24th - that lousy box with a broken vanity top sink still sits on my front porch! The liars at BIC Superstore told me on 8/16/07 - direct email quote: "I have contacted ups again and requested they come pick up the item from our customer. I hope they will not fool around with me and pick it up. since we have issued you a full refund, we will greatly appreciate if you will remove the negative feedback since it makes a big impact for our company" UNREAL! If you enjoy being jerked around by a company - order from them! Otherwise, go elsewhere!
