(More customer reviews)I purchased this a few months ago from Amazon and just got around to installing it. I've installed many faucets in the past and this one was a little different. For one thing there is no gasket between the faucet base and sink. I thought this was kind of strange since all the others I installed had one. I just hope that the kids don't let a lot of water gather at the base since I'm sure it will leak down. Also, the cold water side makes a grinding/rubbing noise. I took it apart and everything looks OK, so I'm thinking there may be a problem with the cartridge. I'm going to call Moen and order another one.
I've always had good luck with Moen's in the past and this one was a little disappointing. I guess this may be one of their lower end models?
