(More customer reviews)I purchased two of these sinks from Amazon. They both arrived promptly via UPS Ground. Each box is HEAVY, about 75 pounds a piece. I inspected the outside of both boxes. Both arrived without any apparent damage by looking at the outside. I immediately opened the first box. The box was lined with about 1" Styrofoam on all sides. Past the Styrofoam is a second cardboard box holding the sink. As I removed the first sink it was quickly apparent that the box had been dropped during transport, one corner completely cracked glass. Unuseable, junk. I couldn't believe to find the second sink also broken in the same way. I talked with the UPS driver and showed him the damage and packaging. It was the opinion of the UPS driver that the packaging was insufficient to protect a 75 pound glass sink during transport. The only proper way to ship a glass sink this heavy would have been to band them to a pallet and ship by freight truck. Amazon did agree to credit me for the full amount and an additional $30 credit to my account (which they never did). The boxes and broken glass sinks were thrown out in the dumpster.
