(More customer reviews)I have one of those large rainfall type shower heads and the wife wanted a handheld to help clean the tub. Purchased this shower diverter and a Waterpik handheld shower.
The first problem with this diverter is that it spins at the joint where the diverter connects to the shower arm that comes out of the wall.
Second problem is that the 'universal' handheld shower holder is not quite universal and my handheld barely fits.
When you combine these two problems, every time you try to put the handheld back into the holder, the entire diverter spins and you are constantly adjusting the diverter back to its original position.The third and biggest problem is that its made of cheap plastic and under the weight of a decent sized shower head, the diverter leaks from the same joint that causes the spinning. Worked fine for a total of only 3 days, but now need to take everything down and return this diverter.
