(More customer reviews)I cannot express how displeased I am with this company. I ordered a widespread product as described and pictures. Ordered on December 12th hoping have before Christmas in time for family arrival. This company did not ship out for almost two weeks. We received it DEC28th. And when we received the merchandise it was WRONG. All in one and much cheaper product. Sku number wasn't even close. We called to company and got the WORSE customer service ever. They wanted us to use it or keep it anyway even though it doesn't fit any of our sinks,
They didn't want to take it back and blamed amazon for the wrong pricing but still wouldn't honor my order as it was THEIR mistake. They would not even substitute with something that would fit our sink. Would not even try to help us. It is January 13th and still don't have my money back. Others have reviewed this company's products as substandard and wish I ha read this prior to ordering. I was so desperate to have my powder room completed I hurriedly placed the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
