this faucet is very good quality. It is heavy and sturdy and really enhances the bathroom, giving it a nice updated look. It came with a bunch of parts for installation but there was one item the plumber had to go purchase. Otherwise, no complaints and I just love the look in our bathroom. So so much nicer than most everything I saw at the local home improvement stores.
