(More customer reviews)Fairly easy to install - I did it myself - with a little plumbing know-how. And when it's done, the new cartridge style of the faucets is amazing. No more tightening down the old style of faucet to stop drips, this one is either on, or flip the faucet back with one finger, and it's off. Very sleek to look at too. Hard to tell from the picture, but the brushed nickel is very dull from a finish standpoint - if you're looking for something shiny, go with polished chrome. I did have one small problem where the cold water didn't have much pressure. I uninstalled everything and looked it over, and the problem was a factory issue - looks like the machine that fabricated the T-part, where the hot and cold enter to the spigot, failed to punch the hole all the way through on the cold side. That's kind of bad, but the only reason I took one star off of the review. Otherwise, great faucet from Toto.
