(More customer reviews)We bought the Alterna flume faucet 10 years ago and now it has a hair thin crack down the vertical interior shaft. Unbelievable! Had we known Kohler makes faucets that don't outlast your stay in your home, we never would have bought it. In addition, we had a hairline fracture in our Kohler toilet right after delivery and they refused to replace it. They said it could have happened while in our home!
