The Green Tea Lavatory Faucet is an interesting unit with a lot of features not included with a standard faucet. It has a very modern look with an Asian -inspired style. Upgraded features include a spout that detaches and pulls out for spraying, like a kitchen sink attachment, and a new drain assembly that attempts to make the drain stopper mechanism low maintenance.
I found the Green Tea Faucet to be well made, with quality components. The chrome finish was nice and did not seem cheap or likely to flake. The manufacturers do suggest extreme gentleness when cleaning the chrome; I cannot tell if it will be easily damaged. The valves felt solid, turned smoothly, and shut off positively. The water flow was narrow, but nicely aerated. The pull out handle works well and is seated firmly, so it is not likely to move around unless you intend to remove it. It can also be locked in position. The new drain assembly works well, once adjusted according to the instructions. It did close and open as it should, although the feel of the lever action was the only thing that did not feel completely solid of the entire unit. It is much easier than a metal strip and thumbscrew set-up that usually requires a little trial and error to get right.
The only real problem I had was with an omission in the instructions. In general, they were clear and complete. However, there was no mention of connecting the extension cable to the spout. It appeared to be already installed, but when the water came on, it leaked quite a bit, and the design of the unit means the water goes directly under the sink. It is easy enough to attach it, but it has a smooth nut, which means you will need channel lock or other gripping pliers to ensure a snug fit, especially if you plan to be using the extension spout frequently. I would suggest wrapping the pliers or nut well with tape so that you do not mar the metal nut. It fits very snugly in a plastic socket, and if it is covered in metal burrs, it might affect the function of the pull-out assembly.
Overall, I found the Green Tea Faucet to be a quality unit, and if the features are right for you, worth the money.

Some things worth considering:
--Our sink is a common, inexpensive cast resin unit with the backsplash molded into the top. This faucet barely fit. Not even 1/16" of clearance to the backsplash. This does not affect the function, but it does make triggering the drain stopper difficult. I can imagine some cast resin sinks will not accept this unit, although I don't know for sure. It did, however, give almost double the clearance of our previous budget faucet above the sink, as it sits up quite high. This is a big improvement.
--The new, improved drain stopper requires that you replace the drain body (the part in the bottom of the sink). Depending on how and when the old drain body was installed, removing it can be quite a job. Unless you are pretty comfortable with this sort of thing, it might be worth having a plumber do it. Once the drain body is removed, the installation of the new drain is fairly simple and does not even require plumbers putty.
--The extension cable requires some space underneath the sink to function smoothly. If the space is tight or filled with pipes, bracing, or household items, you may have to feed it back in manually when replacing the spout. Not a big deal, but it can get hung up pretty easily if conditions are cramped.
