(More customer reviews)My product was clearly new and untouched and all the attachment hardware is heat sealed in small baggies direct from the assembly line. When I first took inventory of all my parts it appeared that one of the two faucets lacked an o-ring in their individual heat-sealed baggie. As I began installation I realized, unfortunately, that I was correct and that I was missing this part for one side. Trying to run around and locate this particular oversize o-ring was a chore, good luck finding it at a big box hardware store or even a plumbing supply store who said this particular size can only be acquired directly from Grohe.
The second disappointment is that the drain stopper fits a bit loosely in the flange so it will not stick straight up when open, it leans to the side because there is too much clearance between the two parts. Even my $20 delta faucet stopper in my other sink stands straight up rather than leaning to one side.
Other than that it's a good-looking, smooth working product.
