It was packaged well with cloth covering. It has adjustable height if needed be by removing each section. Adjust the waterflow if too much splashing occurs. Avoid using harsh cleaning materials like Ajax or with bleach ingredients on this type of fixture. My friends and relatives have made great comments. Overall, I love it.
