(More customer reviews)First, I tried to order both this drain and the matching Vigo sink from CSN Stores. Despite telling me that the sink was in stock, it wasn't. I only found out when the sink didn't show up on delivery day! I called and after seeing that the sink was already supposed to be delivered, they checked with their "warehouse" and said "oh, sorry, it will be 8-10 weeks." CSN Stores does not have ANYTHING "in stock"! They use a drop-ship warehouse and "in stock" means that they THINK that their middleman shipper will have it, not that it is actually in stock anywhere.
This drain was supposed to be oil rubbed bronze, but I got an oil rubbed bronze drain with a CHROME down pipe instead. CSN Stores wanted to charge me $10 (out of $20) to return it and get the right one from them.
What a disaster...stay away!
