Although the faucet is of excellent quality, the attitude of the vendor does not do the product justice! Once he read my "initial" review, he began sending me arrogant, and somewhat abusive e-mails, trying to force me to either remove, or change my rating. The situation deteriorated to the point, of where i had to report him to the Amazon, customer relations department.
