as typically seen in hospitals with wrist blade handles.
Ceramic valve inserts and aerators last roughly ten years
and may not be available everywhere, so acquiring replacements
in advance is recommended.
Kohler's mounting washers and silly plastic nuts do not work with some thick
vitreous china lavatories; you would conventional mounting hardware
e.g. from a faucet being replaced.
