(More customer reviews)This product was a surprise for me. When it arrived, the handle was frozen. On close inspection, several things looked amiss. The instructions were xeroxed, not original. I have another Jado faucet, and the water lines, the attachment prongs (don't know the official term) and other pieces all look very inferior on this. The chrome finish shows finger prints much more easily. I'm not convinced that this is an authentic Jado product. With the frozen handle, it certainly isn't a working product. It is going back one day after receiving it. I bought this through Amazon, not a third party. No questions returning it (thank you Amazon!). But Amazon may need to carefully check if the products they are selling are the real thing.
