(More customer reviews)My husband loved the joystick-like look of these expensive faucets, so we purchased them. The joystick literally falls apart after a couple of years in hard water areas, such as San Diego. We have had this happen with both faucets for our master bath even after we purchased a whole house water purifier. Getting a replacement from Jado takes around 2 months and many back and forth emails. This faucet is definitely not worth the money. Our Ikea bathroom faucets in our children's bath and the Kohler in the guest bathroom show no wear and have had no problems. Disgusted with the quality of this very expensive faucet and the poor customer service of Jado.
