(More customer reviews)DO NOT ORDER FROM KINGSTON BRASS!!! I am usually not a basher of product, but I have an oil rubbed bronze Heritage Classic Deck Mounted Faucet ($289.00) from Kingston Brass. The patina started wearing off within a matter of months. I was fastidious about not using harsh cleansers or scrub pads. The sprayer was also broken from the start. I sent my faucet in to have it replaced under the warranty since I do not think they can replace the patina and after a MONTH of not hearing from them I called. It was sitting in the Customer Service office. It has taken me another week of calls just to get someone to return my call. Everytime the representative has said they will call me they do not follow through within the timeline and I keep getting reasons why they have not contacted me and it has become a pile of excuses. My husband is a contractor and I have always found the Kohler honors their warranties with no questions asked. They are very courteous and very quick.
