(More customer reviews)These anchors work. They even work well. BUT you have to have a large drill bit, which can get pretty expensive if using it in tile or masonry. There are better options out there. Like Hilti strap type toggles and ribbed anchors. Individually, they don't have the strength needed, but when you are talking about six small holes instead of two huge ones, the strength is cumulative and in my experience it ends up being stronger than the two holes. There is also the perspective that if one or even two of the holes fail, you still have four or five to stop the bar from coming out.

Moen 1225 One-Handle Replacement Cartridge Review

(More customer reviews)Our Moen kitchen faucet gradually got to working more and more stickily, until one of us broke the plastic "pivot nut" collar thingie just trying to push the handle up and down. With some trepidation I ordered this part and a new pivot nut. Both arrived quickly and I was able to install them, even though I'd never done a repair like this before. One issue others have mentioned was the perhaps fragility of the plastic device provided with this cartridge to unscrew the old one and screw in this one. Bearing that in mind I used standard needle nose pliers to break loose the retainer ring for the old cartridge, only using the plastic tool to unscrew it after that. I don't even know whether that was necessary, but in any case it worked. And now the $150 faucet works like new after me spending only an hour or so on fixing it. Oh, and ordering it through Amazon was easy and quick, and it arrived quickly as well. I didn't need the expensive cartridge pulling tool Amazon lists, nor did I have to replace the clip you must remove before unscrewing the cartridge--the old clip worked just fine. I did need standard small needlenose pliers to remove it, but everyone should have this tool in their junk drawer.
So let me encourage readers of this review. Those faucets are darned expensive, and now every time I use our kitchen faucet I get a little thrill from knowing how much $$$ I saved with this surprisingly simple repair. So go for it.
BTW I like supporting local businesses, but I also want to support the reader reviews Amazon hosts. I've found them invaluable, and hope mine can help others as they've helped me.

Ordered on December 12th hoping have before Christmas in time for family arrival. This company did not ship out for almost two weeks. We received it DEC28th. And when we received the merchandise it was WRONG. All in one and much cheaper product. Sku number wasn't even close. We called to company and got the WORSE customer service ever. They wanted us to use it or keep it anyway even though it doesn't fit any of our sinks,
They didn't want to take it back and blamed amazon for the wrong pricing but still wouldn't honor my order as it was THEIR mistake. They would not even substitute with something that would fit our sink. Would not even try to help us. It is January 13th and still don't have my money back. Others have reviewed this company's products as substandard and wish I ha read this prior to ordering. I was so desperate to have my powder room completed I hurriedly placed the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Maybe I should have known this, but I didn't, and nothing on the product page on Amazon warned me about this. (Looking at it now, I see that people who bought this also bought the handles - that might be some warning, but I don't expect to look to the "people who bought this" section to discover what parts aren't included.) In fact, the picture of the product includes the handles. The handles cost an additional $45.

Had the description been included online then what is prominently listed on the back would have advised me not to buy this. I'm sure it'll work fine otherwise; it seems appropriately sturdy. But it knows what kinds of faucets it won't fit yet you don't find out until it's in your hands. Not sure whose fault that is but be warned now. Tubs with pins for turning on the shower will not work with this product, by their own design.

(More customer reviews)Right out of the box I could tell the unit was high quality and much to my delight the directions were highly useful! I loved how well the unit fit - even with the stainless steel counter adapter (included in the box). If you have a stainless counter top make sure you use the recommended adapter... the faucet is meaty and needs the added support. Everything snapped together easily. I will caution buyers to make sure they carefully do a dry-run of the assembly. Once I was into the cavern under my sink I had a hard time negotiating my way past the plumbing to where I needed to get my hands. I inadvertently snapped the incorrect line onto the faucet handle and had to get it off. The click locks are difficult to get off once snapped into place, so do it right the first time. I did get it right the second time but almost lost a piece of the snap mechanism down into the abyss of the holes in the floorboards.
The unit has been in place now for over six months and other than having to retighten the nuts under the counter (my fault for not doing it right the first time) the faucet is a joy to have.

No cross handles but had lever handles instead. I saw from the reviews that other customers had this same problem so I returned it without attempting and exchange. I mean, the item number was a match so why would it be different next time? And the Amazon.com customer service dept wasn't the least bit interested in fixing the problem.

Didn't realize the rough in valve was included, so I ended up with two. The one included doesn't have stop screws. This set, unlike those on other sites with the different model number, is still constructed of mostly metal.
