(More customer reviews)I just purchased this for my new vessel sink and vanity, and the picture just doesn't do it justice. What ANYONE purchasing this faucet needs to know is that the flex hose water lines that come with it are standard for CALIFORNIA ONLY!!!! It cost me almost $20 more in parts from Lowes to adapt the 3/8" compression female end over to a 3/8" male pipe end here on the east coast. There were NO instuctions included with the faucet I received, so I had a little trial and error in figuring out what the best way would be to mount this to the vanity. This is where my second problem arose. The brass threaded tube they include for mounting the faucet is not long enough to pass through the vanity top so there is absolutely no chance of being able to thread the nut on to hold it in place. Neither of the 'major' home improvement stores cary anything long enough with sufficient threading - thought I had it when buying the other parts to adapt it, but the nut won't thread- too coarse.
I will let you know if I can get assistance from the seller since it looks like I'll be without my bathroom for another week in obtaining parts that would allow me to actually hook up this faucet. It was very well packed in a nice little polishing bag to protect it with lots of bubble wrap- just some paperwork in the box would have been REALLY nice.

(More customer reviews)This is a very nice faucet. It is well made and works great. Installation was straight forward although the very large flat nuts for securing the handles can be tricky to tighten if you have limited room like I did. If you are replacing the sink at the same time, installing this faucet first would probably make it a lot easier.
The lever part of the handle is removable, but I didn't figure that out until I was done. It might help speed up installation knowing you can adjust, although only in certain amounts.
Included in the box is a matching very nice pop-up drain assembly.

It took longer than expected for me to get to the installation, only to find out that the faucet will not work with my undermount sink. it is more geared to a mounting similar to the one in the picture (drop in or stand alone sink). Because of the extra clearance needed for the undermount sinks, the faucet does not clear the bowl. Sadly, I had to return the item which was no problem for Modern Design Shop. They were wonderful to work with! Although I didn't get to use the faucet, I can say that it is very nice quality. Heavy and stylish.

Less than an year ago I purchased a similar but round faucet from this company, the faucet started to leak not only from top but also from bottom. I tried to contact the customer service and was told that it was not covered and I can get a plumbor to fix it. So I figure I rather buy a new faucet, which i did, from the same company again (BIG MISTAKE). Little over two months and this faucet went down (No cold water coming), guess what, I was told the warrenty was only for 30 days and the company cannot do anything.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The drain length was just a little longer than the one that came with my vessel sink faucet and was perfect for my vanity. I was also pleased with the mounting ring. It was the perfect height. This is the first vessel sink I've every installed, so I can't compare it to others out there, but I would not hesitate to buy this item again should the need arise.

The faucets are beautiful, very solid, and before packaged in separate boxes, they were placed in cloth bags to prevent scratching. One of the faucets, however, had a scratch on it. Customer service was exceptional!! My email was responded to within hours and I had a new one in the mail to me the next day, which was in perfect condition. I would definitely order from them again!! You won't find a better price for the quality of the faucet.

Ordered 3 sinks, and one arrived broken, which I discovered several days after the shipment was left on my doorstep. Amazon replaced the sink in three days without any paperwork or complicated procedures. UPS returned to pick up the broken one, and delivered a new sink after some simple entries on the Amazon website. It's worth dealing with Amazon just for that alone.
